N-Digital With Carrera Track

Hello,
I have converted N-digital to work with Carrera track. Please read article.
http://www.slotcarillustrated.com/HowTo/N-...Conversion.html
Next, I am going to convert N-digital to work work with Scalextric track. I believe N-Digital has the most potential of any digital system. Most people with large collections of analog cars will not hack up their models in order to run digital. When they see how easy it is to convert N-Digital to work with all brands of track, they will adopt N-Digital.
N-Digital is not perfect, but I believe the Scalextric community has installed a negative bias towards the perfromance of N-digital. I would like to reverse that perception. Properly wired and with regulated power, the performance is very good. The scalextric users often compare the stock N-digital system to their highly modified version of scalextric. When people see that N-Digtal runs with Ninco, Carrera, and Scalextric track, the choice of system will be very clear.
In the future I would like to see Ninco provide programming in the power base that would allow the users to select throttle curves from the base. All they would need to do is add another menu. They have already shown that they can program multiple throttle curves into the base, the problem is that not everyone agrees what is the best for their cars and their track.
I suspect they will do this in the future, but that it will cost money as an add-on to the system. Hopefully they continue to develop and support the system. Do you have any word on the success of N-Digital and if Ninco will continue to support and manufacture it? In the USA, a good number of people have bought it and appear to be happy with it (all stores are out of stock), but the Scalextric users always try to steer people away from N-Digital saying that it is inferior.

Thanks for the link, it's very interesting, look for bourbon slot in the comunity and you'll see a great n-digital track championship. You find this in "KEDADAS".
We don't compare now the systems, before yes, but now, don't do it. The booth systems are diferents, with goods and bads solutions. Normally the scalextric users never buy Ninco and the same for the ninco users. In a rare case, a few users changed their system, but it isn't the normal way.
I try to translate, more or less your post,
regards

Hola,
http://www.slotcarillustrated.com/HowTo/N-...Conversion.html

Volver a “Sistema N-D”
